I don’t like Mercedes Beaverton. I had BMW before and I always had to excellent service with them. Here no one cares! I asked about navigation 4 times and still did not get answer! The key to service is communications! Too many communicaes are better and with voice mail, messaging, etc. this should never come up. For owners awaiting longer term I think twice a week or when an anticipated event occurs, e.g. a repair part arrives. This did not happen well. I felt like I was pulling teeth to get information. And then I heard different stories depending on who I spoke with. It was as if the thought was, ‘Hey, customer you can wait’ without any consideration that I might have a schedule of appointments, meetings, travel, etc. to work around. I did appreciate the GLA loaner. It made life much better than driving my pickup everywhere. More
