Need some serious organization. Taking an hour to drop off a car with an appointment is unacceptable. I never had a worst service experience in my life. A1 Service Due All was great, but there was an issue with the steering wheel cover last time I was in. Dylan said it would be replaced during my next visit. When I mentioned it to Chris, he wanted to see it, which is fine. He told me that it was just wear and tear, but I told him I was told it would be fixed. I let them know when I scheduled the appointment as well. He said he would check on it. When I picked up the car, he let me know it was replaced, only because he had one in stock. I said thank you, hope that was okay. He said he was out labor and didn't sound very happy. I actually felt crappy when I left, instead of pleased to have the work done. I would have kept to myself, but you probably need this feedback. After paying $532.92, I probably wont be back. Not positive which Chris I worked with, since we were all wearing masks. I think Browarski but not positive. More
