When I got my device done and spend 2000 dollars. Ans they did not explain anything us what was done and didn't save my extra tires . I told them to save a list one then for the extra spair tires. My advisor was very nice. Came in for an oil change and a convertible top diagnosis (which I will have done somewhere else because the price went from $170 to $370). I never received a call and noting the service department closed at 6 I called for a status report. No one answered and I left a message. Finally the next morning I got a call and eventually my vehicle in the afternoon. I have written this because l had my second car serviced at Audi the week before and it was FIVE star service. Your service rep was very polite and friendly. You appeared overly under staffed. We all recognize these are tough times but a courtesy call should have been in order. More
