Detail plus Service B Chris is the person I prefer to deal with and have for several years. Good man. Little disappointed in quality this time. Had the car detailed but there was/is still a film of something on the chrome parts. With a little elbow grease I got it off the grill but of course when you get a car detailed you don’t expect to have to do anything but smile and drive. Also I reported a problem with the radio not understanding voice commands. It used to work so I don’t know what changed. When I give command for a Sirius category like “Jazz Standards” I hear “repeat category”. It does that 3 times than cancels. It recognizes some categories like “Rock” and “Country”. A software update was installed for $165 but it didn’t fix the problem. I”ve talked to Mbrace assistance and Sirius support and both said its a dealer fix. My bad, I haven’t gotten back to Chris yet. More

Had to take my time to bring it back in for same service. It was very frustrating considering I knew it was a warranty fix needing to be conducted before I brought it to your service center. More
I get frustrated that services are "needed" if they don't The frustration occurred when testing the battery, it did not test 100%, saying a new battery was needed. Then when I went to pick it up the battery was dead?!?!??? I had not had any problems with the battery prior and have not since. My husband, who is familiar with the process says that when a battery is tested, it discharges it. Service techs should know this. More
