When the service ends they explained what has been done and what other observation etc. This time none of that has been done. Not even met the service advisor until the end and there were no explanation of what has been done and observation etc. Like the cashier taking care of the bill. I have spent literally few mins to pay the bill and didn't know what work has been done and what was the recall work done etc. There was an issue with car bonnet and the response wasn't good. I was really disappointed with the service offered. I hope this is one instance so I will try to come again. More

Very poor performance for a Mercedes service center I asked to have my spare tire pressure checked, was told all was ok, but it became very clear that the tech never accessed the spare as the wagon boot I asked to have my spare tire pressure checked, was told all was ok, but it became very clear that the tech never accessed the spare as the wagon boot still had my liners covered in sand. In that vein, I was told my car was going to be have washed and vacuumed, "a 19.95 $ value" (your words not mine!). Well when I picked up the car it was clear they had not even run it through a car wash let alone hand wash and vacuum. I pointed this out to the service advisor (first name Chris, as Dylan was busy on the phone and could not walk out with me to the car), Chris offered me a Kaddy carwash coupon. All this after having spent nearly $700 for a service B! Finally, I had asked to have my battery checked as it has died a couple days before the scheduled service. I was advised it was going to cost$415. Well guess what, I got it done elsewhere for less than half that price! Why would you treat a Mercedes customer since 2000 like this?? And let me suggest you ask your service advisor to pick up the phone and call people. Sending me a link with limited information that eventually suggests calling for clarifications is pointless, especially when two different voice mails to the service department remains unanswered! This was my worst interaction with a Mercedes service department. I know you can do much better!! More

I waited 2 hours to have my oil changed and no one talked to me about my car nor did anyone step up to ask. I feel like an outsider.( yes I know I am not a Mercedes owner) and then no one “ knows how to turn off my indicator light” in my car. So I had to drive to Acura to get that done. This isn’t the only time this has happened. I wouldn’t have bought the package if I knew this would be the case every time. Disappointing. More
