Agony and Ecstasy It’s always difficult to move, finding new companies to serve your needs. I just moved to Oregon from Virginia. I do love the quality of a Mercedes Benz vehicle so I buy them new and keep them a long time. I chose Mercedes Benz of Beaverton and had some parts replaced etc. I believe no one is perfect so how we solve imperfections is everything! When a major part failed right after the annual service leaving me stuck on a highway for several hours — a relationship is tested, especially a new relationship. HATS OFF to Noel Preston and his team, they agreed to my requests on reparations that seemed fair to me... I’ve since learned they could easily not have been so fair and in fact it was superior service response to a long time loyal MB owner. I trust them and will continue to use Mercedes Benz of Beaverton exclusively and I’m sure to buy my first electric car from them too! More

I wanted an appt on the 28 but somehow after clicking on the 28th on the calendar I ended up with an appt on the 30. So I went with it because correcting the date was not worth the effort. More

What better person to represent the dealership. While waiting I needed to speak with Jason-Lord of the Parts. He was excellent and so kind. I had actually spoken on the phone with him previously and mentioned to Melissa how wonderful he seemed so it was delightful to meet him face to face. Melissa and I live three hours away in Seal Rock and a Waldport. In all the traveling and stress, she forgot two passes-handicapped parking permit and the senior parks pass. She was distraught. I called enroute and spoke with Melanie. This fine employee took it upon herself to get permission to use HER OWN lunch break, car and gas to run Melissa her treasured passes. Give this incredible young woman a raise!! With that kind of personal caring and initiative combined with her professional attitude, you may have made a future customer out of me!
