Mercedes USA sent me a navigation system upgrade for a fee. I took my car to Mercedes of Beaverton and they did the update but I could not find the block where I live in the map. When I took the car back fee. I took my car to Mercedes of Beaverton and they did the update but I could not find the block where I live in the map. When I took the car back to Mercedes if Beaverton dealership they were not able to fix the issue but would not refund the charge. So I got scammed with a fraudulent navigation upgrade. So I would not use that dealership neither buy a Benz anymore. Expensive ride for nothing. In general Mercedes services are worthless. I have filed a complain with Merced Benz of USA but they did not care neither addressed my concerns. Matter in fact, one of the customer service people who answered my call was rude. So overall experience is bad. More
I’m so happy to say that Ryan and his team in the service department did an outstanding job of taking care of our issue. We had needed new brake pads and he checked us in and gave us our loaner car quickly s department did an outstanding job of taking care of our issue. I understand they are busy and short staffed, but not communicating updates to customers of what is delaying the service especially when the oil change is taking 3 hours going on 4 hours with no informat communicating updates to customers of what is delaying the service especially when the oil change is taking 3 hours going on 4 hours with no information is not acceptable! Communication goes a long way even if there are delays. Also, would be a good idea to look at the schedule a few days in advance to prepare. More
Service was ok, but customer service was not very good. Made appointment and arrive on time, still have to wait 10-15 minutes to check in. Do accept that many appointments if you can't handle it. A luxury car dealership can't even provide a loaners car, they are only selling the brand, nothing else. More
