Everyone in the service department bent over backwards to listen to my problem and went over the car two or three times. I was happy with the level of concern they showed me. In the end, they concluded that my run flat tires were the cause of a vibration between 60 and 75 mph. I was assured my suspension, etc is 100% ok. I am going to non run flat tires for a better ride. I really felt I was treated fairly and respectively, even with my multiple recurring complaint. More

Techs and service rep were responsive, explained work being performed, checked in, and got me out ahead of the original time estimate. They offer a video inspection which also reports tire and brake pad being performed, checked in, and got me out ahead of the original time estimate. I’ve patronized this service dept since 2009 with good results. Could not use my discount coupon of $100 on my last service because I did not present it at the time of estimate.
