We were exceptionally pleased with the entire process of purchasing our new 2025 Mercedes GL450e. From our initial phone inquiry with Rudy, to the fabulous and thorough delivery process, we couldn't have be purchasing our new 2025 Mercedes GL450e. From our initial phone inquiry with Rudy, to the fabulous and thorough delivery process, we couldn't have been more happy. This was our 3rd Mercedes which we have purchased in the NE Ohio area, and this dealership far eclipsed the other 2 dealerships. Rudy was very patient and persistent in locating the car with the color and package options that we wanted. We negotiated a fair price and he found the car we wanted on the East coast. Although it was a holiday week, Rudy and his co-workers were able to have the car delivered in 2 days. We were impressed with how Rudy knows each of the MB models inside and out. And the delivery with the red bow reveal and review of every feature of the car were very special. More

Everyone in the service department bent over backwards to listen to my problem and went over the car two or three times. I was happy with the level of concern they showed me. In the end, they concluded that my run flat tires were the cause of a vibration between 60 and 75 mph. I was assured my suspension, etc is 100% ok. I am going to non run flat tires for a better ride. I really felt I was treated fairly and respectively, even with my multiple recurring complaint. More
