Very professional and welcoming. The staff that greeted me was nice and the man that took my keys was nice also. I had to stay and do some work for my job and while I waited the tea that they offered and t me was nice and the man that took my keys was nice also. Purchased a 2019 GLC. Barry T was very professional and nice. Didn’t give five stars because we were told the car has parking sensors when test driving but actually it does not. Sadly we found it by oursel nice. Didn’t give five stars because we were told the car has parking sensors when test driving but actually it does not. Was very nice experience buying this car. Didn’t go back and forth with the price or on trade in price. Most salesman say they need to talk to manager about price then come back with a number.
