After paying over $1800 for front end springs and alignment on our Smart car ... with out you telling us there was a problem aligning the steering wheel to center... My wife called and was told they were aware and could not fix it then! We have appointment next week and hope for Resolution ASAP and no extra cost and a comped loaner car.... More

I walked into the service department not knowing anyone and never being there before. Dave in the service department treated me like I was their best customer. I didn’t have an appointment but he fit me i and never being there before. Dave in the service department treated me like I was their best customer.
