I have had numerous interactions with Natasha Altman through the last 7 years and she has consistently given me professional, courteous and always undivided attention. Last week, I referred another friend of mine to her and once again, she was a shining example of what a Mercedes Benz associate should be like. Natasha worked very hard to get exactly the right car (color combination, options, price etc) and in the end my friend ended up buying that very night which was completely unplanned. He was given an incredible deal on his 2012 C class and loves the car, he has generally driven mostly BMW's like myself and has absolutely fallen in love with his car. it is a great value for the money and the experience was so pleasant that he actually wrote a review as well (see raw architect) Nastasha was actually sick the night we came in and still ended up staying past her off time to accommodate us and make the deal work out. I was working with another Mercedes dealer in the Atlanta area (RBM). I stopped by Buckhead Mercedes one day to look at their Certified Pre-owned inventory. Ronnie greeted me at the door. He told me he would quote me a good price and he did. The Mercedes of Buckhead offer was much better than RBM. In addition, the inventory selection and dealership amenities were better than RBM. They both made the acquisition quick and easy. We had a snag in that the vehicle to be pchsed was sold shortly after our negotiations ended.
