This is the second time I have had service done and it has taken an exorbitant amount of time for repairs not to mention they told me I had a rim that was front driver side rim that was bent and a rear ti has taken an exorbitant amount of time for repairs not to mention they told me I had a rim that was front driver side rim that was bent and a rear tire that needed replacing on my previous visit and now they have no record of any of it. Not to mention Chloe, the customer service rep I had says to me the customer please don’t come at me. Because I was irritated that it took 6 hours to replace 1left rear tire. What kind of dealership is this? Time management I don’t think so. A tire change even with the power outage should not have taken 6 hours. The power outage was only 1 hour. More

Price changed $500 from March to December on same service. Apparently under new ownership reason for price change. Had appointment for 11am Monday morning. I appreciate the service department a great deal with their level of professionalism and care. The uber was a good idea, bringing me to the dealership and I’ve worked well with Joshua in the past. Someone new helped me last Saturday, and he was there yesterday when I picked up my car. He made sure it was washed. Atlanta potholes have ruined at least 5 tires on two of my Benz’s. I had to get the tire and wheel package! More
