Michael Hirth was extremely thoughtful and helpful. As a first time car buyer, he could not have been more patient with me, explaining not only the car, but the price and perks to owning a Mercedes. He has followed up with me several times and even met me at the dealership with to explain basic features of the navigation system, etc. David, however, was pushy and unhelpful. This was the person I sat down to sign lease papers with. He showed me several "options" to add to my lease and despite several questions he could not give me clear answers on what exactly the services were or how they priced out individually. I asked if I could make the decision later, as it was the first time I was hearing about any of these options. He said no and that I needed to decide ASAP. It was the one and only time during my entire car buying experience that I felt pressured, uncomfortable and unsure of buying a Mercedes. I definitely would not want to work with him again. More
Ronnie Hill and his assistant Paula provided EXCELLENT customer service!!! It was so superior that I decided not to go to the RBM Mercedes dealership a few miles away. My plan was to test drive a couple o customer service!!! It was so superior that I decided not to go to the RBM Mercedes dealership a few miles away. My plan was to test drive a couple of cars I called about and then go to the RBM MB dealership to test drive one I saw on their website and then make a decision. Ronnie was so wonderful that I never made it to RBM. He's a GREAT salesman but not pushy, and didn't try too hard. I truly appreciated this more then he knows!!! I was originally planning to buy a MB at MB of South Atlanta but their lack of professionalism and customer service made me contact the other three MB dealership in Atlanta. Ronnie and Paula are valuable assets to your organization. I have and will continue to highly recommend my friends and colleagues to Ronnie and the MB Buckhead dealership. I truly hope I receive the same level of excellent customer service from the service team when it's time to have my car serviced. Bryan, Director of Finance was nice to meet and work with too! Truly the most amazing car buying experience I have ever had and exemplified a luxury service experience. From my initial call to see if a car I had seen on the internet was available, I knew this was goin had and exemplified a luxury service experience. From my initial call to see if a car I had seen on the internet was available, I knew this was going to be different. The gentleman I was told to speak with when I arrived to inquire on the car was working with a another client at the time and Curtis Schwank immediately stepped in without a beat skipped to assist me. Curtis was able to not only connect with me as a customer but more importantly as a person. I quickly realized I was not investing in simply a car but building a relationship. And though I decided the initial car I looked out was no longer what I was most interested in following a night of contemplation, as soon as I communicated that to Curtis, within 5 minutes he found another vehicle that better matched my needs and invited me back to take a look. I visited another Mercedes dealer the next day and knew immediately it was not Mercedes Benz of Buckhead so even though the color was not one I thought I wanted, I was so impressed with Curtis and what your dealership offered that I decided to at least come back to look at it. Curtis was kind, patience and worked hard to not just sell me the car but help me fall in love with it! He was honest and trustworthy in our interactions and is the reason I decided to spend above my limit when he worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I know this will not be the last time I buy a car from him! Additionally, once I decided to move forward with the purchase, David in Finance was extremely professional but yet again was able to build a connection almost immediately making the financing piece a breeze (and even fun!). Curtis laid the groundwork and David did a great job explaining the benefits of the Star Elite Membership which I happily went even further beyond my budget to guarantee that I would ONLY be coming here for all of my car needs. Finally, Toni did an amazing job of walking me through the entire car to ensure I was not only comfortable but excited about the purchase I made and was a glimpse into the continuing exemplary service at all levels of your organization. From the moment Carol Davis began helping us, she treated Jill and I like family. Carol listened to our wants and delivered on a spectacular vehicle. Getting in the vehicle, Carol gave us a top to bottom explanation the the GLK and gadgetry helping both Jill and I understand all the features the vehicle had to offer. Any questions we had, she explained in exacting detail how the particular system worked. In the showroom her service continued. Walking us though the paperwork Carol made everything simple and clear as well as ensuring Jill and I always had something to drink/eat. Carol was excellent in her service and I will fully recommend her and the Mercedes-Benz Buckhead team to all my friends and family. More
