I called for an appt. For my car- I asked for a loner car and was told the visit would be too short- two hours. Then I got a text saying the car was ready. I went to the dealership and paid my bill- Then I had to WAIT 30 minutes to get my car- ABSURD! Where was my car? This was not good service!
