My advisor was Brandon Bryan, his customer service and communication was very poor. He promised a loaner vehicle and was supposed to give me a call back, but instead he left for the day. The next day I sp communication was very poor. He promised a loaner vehicle and was supposed to give me a call back, but instead he left for the day. The next day I spoke to him at 3:30pm, he advised that the vehicle was ready for pick up, I arrived at 4pm and Brandon had left for the day, knowing I was enroute. Leaving his fellow co-workers to have to figure things out because he didn’t leave any updates and to make matters worse my vehicle was not ready for pick up. I gave 3 stars because one of his coworkers and his manager were able to help by providing a loaner car. To top it off when my vehicle was ready the paper work provided by Brandon, was not readable because the print was horrible. I had to call to have a copy emailed to me. I don’t want to discredit the entire dealership, but beware if you get Brandon Bryan More
