BRETT WEAVER is the most professional, patient, assertive, courteous, and efficient service advisor at this location. He ALWAYS is prompt, make sure he takes care of me like family, and will ALWAYS make sure your vehicle is taken care of. I've had my share of dealing with service advisors in my lifetime, and Brett Weaver IS #1 in my book! He is always so nice, and pleasant whenever you speak to him. He is ALWAYS THE SAME PERSON, and this man never have a bad day lol If he ever leave, I'm following him lmao!!!!! SERIOUSLY! It don't matter if I'm in a bad mood having to bring my car up there, because he always brighten up my day! I have been using MBBuckead since 06. Always had great service. Bought a pre cert in 5/19. Chk Eng light on placed with a diff service rep. 3 weeks later. Same problem.
