We bought a new 2019 from this dealership. It has been a nightmare from the beginning. The brakes made a horrible screeching sound from the day we brought it home. Mori helped set up the paperwork, and she is SO nice. She was so thorough in explaining every function on the car and programed my phone to work with the app and luckily we had our garage opener so she set that up for us and literally went over every feature in the car. Mori did not zip through just to knock it out, she really took her time and was so patient too. Our finance person was Raja I believe and he was such a sweet and kind man. Raja walked us through every option in regards to any plan available, my favorite part is that there was NO pressure... he just gave us the information and allowed us to make a decision and if we had questions, he was just so patient and explained everything with such clarity... we signed up for the extended warranty and tire protection plan. We drove away feeling like we knew them all and this is our first Mercedes purchase and we feel like part of the family! We had ZERO regrets and honestly enjoyed the process that we usually despise. They offered us water, made sure the car was perfectly detailed with a full tank of gas. I feel every person they respected my husband and I and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We are so proud to be a Mercedes owner and cannot say enough about David, Mori and Raja.... Thank you SO SO much!!! More
