Graham confirmed the car we were interested in was available, and came out to greet us upon arrival, with the car parked in front, ready to test drive. He was very friendly, and well informed on all the features of the car. He made the whole purchasing process run smoothly and feel relaxed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the financing department seemed to be a little back up, and we had to spend some time waiting. We arrived at 11:30am and left with our beautiful car at 4:30pm. More

Unscheduled service I had the problem of my automatic folding mirrors, when locking the car, suddenly not working. This happened on a Saturday evening. I also had a reca I had the problem of my automatic folding mirrors, when locking the car, suddenly not working. This happened on a Saturday evening. I also had a recall for an update, that I needed to address. I went to MB of Calabasas at 7:15 A M on Monday, to see if I could get help. There happened to be a service writer there, who saw me in the service area, which was not really open. I explained my problem of the mirrors. He immediately went into the menu system and corrected that problem. He then told me he was expecting a mechanic in early, who would take care of the recall. I was out of the dealership by a little past 8:15 with an offer of washing the car. I declined, as it was raining, Once again, I am so happy with the service I receive at M B of Calabasas. More
