I had a frustrating experience with this service. When they came to pick up my car, they forgot to bring a loaner car. After they arrived, they told me I needed to reschedule because they didn't have When they came to pick up my car, they forgot to bring a loaner car. However, during the drop-off, they told me they will come after 45 min and I wasn’t ready since its very short notice window. They returned my car and took the loaner back in under an hour of notice. I asked if we could arrange a different time, but they told me that if I didn’t accept the current timing, I would need to drop off my car myself. I spoke with the manager, but she was unhelpful and simply repeated the same message without offering any assistance. More
