Thank you for your response, Marianne. However, as reflected in my feedback, the main issue I experienced was with the pickup and drop-off timing. I believe you are addressing the drop-off issue, but since you mentioned the pickup issue as a mistake, I wanted to clarify that my concern was the timing on both ends. I fully understand that a five-hour notice may not be possible, but I was simply requesting a minimum of two hours' notice to better plan accordingly. What I received was a call saying the car was ready, with only 45 minutes' notice before pickup, which made it challenging for me to adjust my schedule. I appreciate your offer for me to pick it up, but advance notice would still be helpful in managing logistics. I would also suggest taking a moment to listen to the customer's request fully before making decisions, as it can help ensure a smoother experience for everyone. I'm 100% satisfied with the technical service provided to my car, but I believe the front desk communication should be reviewed by management, as it undermines the hard work of the technical team.
