I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle and he provided all the information I needed at that time and more....so much so, that I came back to seek his service and input which was both valued, respected, and appreciated. At no time, did I feel rushed, overwhelmed, or that he was being pushy. My entire experience from the time I walked through the door to the time I left was by far....THE BEST new car purchase ever. He always puts his "finished hands-on touch" after each car wash. He is particular about making sure that everything is perfect. I feel a sense of trust and confidence that my concerns are his concerns and they are handled with the utmost respect and courtesy. I have felt that none of my issues are unimportant as they all received the same attention and follow through. Mr. Gaither was definitely put to the test and he passed with an A+. I have found that after the sale, I continue to receive the best service in a "family-like" atmosphere. I am greeted with smiles by the front desk staff and others will walk over just to say hello. I also experienced great interactions with Juan, Fran, and Allison, who were instrumental during both purchases and my follow-up needs.
