Gone are the days of great customer service! I made an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. At that time I requested a loaner car. I received a call from my service rep 40 minutes before I made an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. At that time I requested a loaner car. I received a call from my service rep 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment informing me they did not have a rental car for me. Steve my service rep said other customers had appointments so they didn’t have one for me. I also had appointments that day! So much for scheduling out several weeks in advance. I scheduled another appointment a week later. I decided to cancel my appointment and go somewhere else. The lack of customer service is troubling when your spending a lot of money for work on your car. I purchased my car at Schumacher several years ago and always had the best customer service. Not impressed with Chandler Mercedes. Won’t be buying my next Mercedes with them either. More

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and one from Penske in Scottsdale. Even tho my vehicle is no longer in warranty.
