I was working with another local dealer on trading 2 cars in and purchasing a new Mercedes, and I was feeling pressured, but the information was not making sense to me, so I called Mercedes Benz of Chandler in and purchasing a new Mercedes, and I was feeling pressured, but the information was not making sense to me, so I called Mercedes Benz of Chandler who was an hour away from me. I spoke on the phone with Isaac and he listened, and made a few suggestions that made sense. I drove down the same day as he made me feel so comfortable.
