Service was great. Had a couple of issues with my new RV that is on the Mercedes chassis. They scheduled me in quickly and did everything they said they would in a timely manner. Even paid for my Lyft ride that is on the Mercedes chassis. They scheduled me in quickly and did everything they said they would in a timely manner. Even paid for my Lyft ride home when I dropped it off, only had to wait 5 minutes for a ride home. More

We found the right vehicle after driving a few, negotiated the price on our trade and on the Mercedes of our dreams, Prem, the sales manager was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We did not have to do endless back and forth negotiating, before finding the price we were comfortable with. Vince in financing was a pleasure. He worked quickly on a very cool tabletop touch screen computer. This entire buying experience was better than any other we have had. We highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Chandler to anyone considering the purchase of their next vehicle! Sheila & Geoff More

Went to Chandler Mercedes because they had an AMG I wanted. Figured I would see how they treated me. I did an online inquiry and Todd Frison emailed me back with the info I requested on the car. No pressure sales or out of control phone calls from them. I went in two days later and met Todd and saw the car. I got all my answers and test drove the car. Still no pressure to buy it from Todd. I made the decision to purchase the car and trade in my BMW. The initial paperwork came in on my trade low, I felt, and I told Todd we were to far off. He went and talked to his manager, and came back with a higher trade amount. I told him I wanted more off the car price, was about $72,000 now $67,000. Ended up where I thought was fair after manager came over and talked to me personally so I purchased it. I left it there to have a clear bra put on entire front end. Got a loaner for a few days and picked up the car after adding ceramic coating as well. The car has been back in their service now twice for clear bra issues. The last time I went to pick it up, there was still an issue with the bra installation. I was not happy to say the least, ceramic coating was already applied as well. General Manager, Mr. Kelly, came over to talk to me after I expressed my dismay to Todd. He went and got the service manager and they looked at my car together. Both determined there was an issue and they needed to fix it again. I was offered a loaner again, I declined, and they kept the car. The bra was installed a third time and I was called because Mr. Kelly thought there was still an issue, when he inspected it, and requested it be corrected again. He offered to deliver the car to me after it was ceramic coated again and also covered the charge for now ceramic coating my wheels. I am due to pick up my car this week after Mr. Kelly inspects it again. I was treated fairly, respectfully and as I expected to be purchasing that car. The issues with the clear bra installation is from a contractor, so I am not dinging the dealership. I believe, I hope, they may be looking for a new bra installer in the near future. All of my concerns were met head on by Mr. Kelly and Todd and they worked very hard to resolve each one for me. Vicki was very professional with my paperwork signing and helpful as well. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a Mercedes Benz!!! More
Amazing experience I am not one to write reviews but I read the heck of them. I figured I would pitch into the community since I always take from it. Not everything was I am not one to write reviews but I read the heck of them. I figured I would pitch into the community since I always take from it. Not everything was perfect but how the dealership handled themselves was bar none. The person my wife was working with was Todd but the great experience didn't stop there. Vicki was the finance person and she was icing on the cake. So I can explain what made me write this review I will just list the quality I received from Todd, Lee, and Vicki that we lacked from our other experience. -demonstration of how to use the car (first time being the owner of a mercedes) -follow up after purchase -We didnt use it but they have a concierge that will meet you at your home to program your car(garage doors or front gates to community) WE WERE LOOKED AT LIKE WE WERE CRAZY when we made the comment it is so neat you guys(meaning Mercedes) do that. It seems specific to Chandler - most of all I didn't just feel like a number - I let them know what I was looking for and they met me where I needed to be without talking about how many units they sell per month. I heard we are the top dealership in the region about 4 times at the other dealer) And unfortunately for them I took it for granted and this review is coming almost 2 months late. But I guess I needed to see another Mercedes dealership to truly see the REAL experience they gave my family and I. My family went through a tragedy and needed new vehicles so here we are 2 months later and 1 vehicle was leased from another local dealership for a few dollars per month cheaper and that was the reason that lead us to the other dealership. But the experience we had at this other dealership was mind blowing(and not for the good). It made the savings not worth it. When you spend that type of money and get into a relationship a dealership like this you should feel good when you drive off the lot. Chandler makes the feel good happen and you know you are taking a piece of the dealership with you. Not just a number or transaction. I literally only saved $18 a month to lose an experience... it wasn't worth the savings but I found out too late. I would encourage anyone looking to treat themselves at the same time as driving away in an awesome vehicle to stop here. We are in the process of getting our 2nd vehicle again and I wouldn't go anywhere else but back to Todd and team. Thank you for everything that had to deal with us. More
Hispanics are not welcome to this dealership I went to the dealer on 06/13/2019 to buy an extra key for my car because I believe that I have a problem with the microchip on my key. I went to part I went to the dealer on 06/13/2019 to buy an extra key for my car because I believe that I have a problem with the microchip on my key. I went to parts and they direct me to the service department to order the key as it is a special order. I did not have an appointment either I knew anyone there as I am from California. Nobody was at the service desks and I continue walking. The customer service/cashier ladies mistreated me so bad that it was embarrassing for me. I am Hispanic, but I have the right to have the car that I want if I pay for. These ladies were so mean, I spoke the whole time in English as I am a professional and the English it what I use to work. I believe that this dealership must have a sign outside that must read "Hispanics are not welcome". I hope that it is a camera that can be reviewed as to how I was treated by this pair. Tina with the service department was nice when she was available to help me. More
Stay far away! Thieves with dishonest trade-in offers. Todd, the Internet Sales Manager offered me $26k for my mint condition 2017 Ram today. Nada Guides states a value of over $33k average trade-in and over $34k clean trade-in. Truck is mint and a one owner with perfect Carfax and autocheck (95 score). He tried to justify his offer as auction value. News flash, I'm trading it in, not auctioning it. And we all know a mint truck like this that needs nothing is going right on your lot for $38k+. Stay away from this robbery, take your money elsewhere, don't let them take yours. 100% theft attempt. Pathetic. More
The Easiest Purchase Ever It was April, 2016 and I thought I wanted to buy a nice new car. Maybe a BMW or Mercedes. I stopped by another dealership to look at a new Mercedes. T It was April, 2016 and I thought I wanted to buy a nice new car. Maybe a BMW or Mercedes. I stopped by another dealership to look at a new Mercedes. The salesman there was very nice, gave me some general information (which I really needed), said he would not be working for a couple of days and I could return and we could continue. So, I went to another Mercedes dealership. the next day. Again, very nice salesman, gave me more and more detailed information, reviewed inventory with him. Thought I would buy a car from this 2nd dealership for sure, but they didn't have the color/options I wanted. Then I went to MB of Chandler, met Todd Frison who showed me around, answered all my questions, suggested we go for a drive, and then he explained the car and the price (better than either of the other 2 dealers), and the details I needed for payment. I had my brokerage company ETF the payment, paperwork was prepared, and I went down to pick up the car. Couldn't have been easier and it was the BEST deal I could find and all I had to do was to tell Todd I wanted to buy a car. Ed Riddle assisted Tod by doing an EXTENSIVE walk through of the car and all of it's features Can't beat that! More

How many techs does it take to change a light bulb? I called the services department at 8 a.m. and explained to a young lady that the left reverse bulb on my '10 E350 coupe was out. The woman told me to bring the car into the 'Quick Services' dept and it should be a reasonable quick experience. I get to the dealership and speak with a guy named 'Nate.' Nate takes my car and brings it right back telling me the techs will have to ' remove a lot of paneling' in order to get to the burnt out bulb. Cost: 90-plus dollars. He said it'd take 'at least a half hour' to change out. I I went to the nearest Autozone and spent $11 on the tool I needed AND a new bulb. I wwnt on YouTube, watched a simple video and changed the bulb myself. Elapsed time from start to completion: 8 minutes. What I find most dusturbing is that I had the same bulb on the RIGHT side go out 2 months ago in CA. and they changed the bulb and only charged me for the price of the bulb. Want to give a warm thanks to Nate for having the integrity to charge over $90 to change a bulb. The customer service (except the receptionists) is dry at best. My wife and I aregoing to be shopping for a new MB soon. Guess where we're not going? More
