My wife and I went to Mercedes-Benz of Chandler to see the new 2012 SLK350. We decided to go to this dealership because we happened to be in there before and really liked what we saw. It is everything I w the new 2012 SLK350. We decided to go to this dealership because we happened to be in there before and really liked what we saw. It is everything I would expect from a top notch dealership selling top notch cars. We were greeted by a gentleman inside who got us help right away. He introduced us to our salesman, Jeff Holder. Jeff asked me some questions about what I was looking for and understood my expectations immediately. He did not hesitate to get me in the SLK350 for a test drive. Jeff is a top notch guy and the kind of saleman I enjoy dealing with. He listens to my needs and was never pushy. He explained the different options available to me in a way I could easily understand. I can tell Jeff is passionate about his job and the product he sells. That is what made this such a positive experience. I have purchased quite a few cars in my day and this was by far one of the best experiences thus far. As a matter of fact I am certain they will have my business again in the future. Terres wanted to earn my business from the first phone call. She took me seriously, and acted as though I was going to buy a car (which I was).
