I brought my E350 for service. I had a couple of minor complaints. Kim Pinto greeted me immediately, and listened to my concerns. While I was waiting for my ride the technician, Mike Haas, approached me and asked me questions about an engine noise I heard intermittently. I have never had a technician meet me and listen to my concerns prior to dealing with Mike. I had dropped the car off at about 7:30 in the morning. At 11:00 am, I received a message directly from the technician advising me that he found the source of the engine noise, and it would be repaired. I have brought my car in three times prior after purchase, and each time I am impressed with the level of service I receive. I highly recommend Kim and Mike as well as Chandler MB when it comes to customer service and quality of service. More

We can't say enough about this dealership and the three people that worked with us. We had just come in to look not really thinking of purchasing on this Saturday afternoon and then we met Terres Martori people that worked with us. I had the best experience ever at any Mercedes Benz I have been to between Europe and the US. I have been servicing my car with Kyle Wickwire for a while now and liked him and always felt taken care of. have been to between Europe and the US. Unfortunately my car started to act up unexpectedly and needed some major repairs and Kyle totally stepped up to it and then some. He even got worried when I did not call back because I was on my way to the dealership ( fortunately only minutes away)and called to make sure I was not stranded somewhere in town. They immediately gave me another car and were very upfront about costs, what had to been done and what could possibly wait. I never felt more taken care of and cared about at a dealership or any garage ever. And he updated me every few hours and explained everything in detail which I loved! If you think of buying a car there, go see him. People that are in sales, are compassionate about the client's needs and know what they are talking about are one in a million!
