The dealership was impressive insofar as the layout of the offices and showroom. The staff was all very personable and helpful. The process to purchase the vehicle went very smoothly and that made a big difference as purchasing a vehicle can be somewhat stressful especially for a 74 year old. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. My salesman, Paul, was amazing to work with, and the sales manager was equally great. They went above and beyond to make everything happen and made the experience enjoyable instead of stressful. I absolutely love my new 2026 GLE 450 Coupe and can confidently say I’ll only be purchasing cars from Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater moving forward.
