We asked Esteban for a new umbrella in the deal. He already had 2 in a gift bag for us... now that’s customer service. So, we traded the old umbrella in with our 2012 E350 with almost 160k miles!! It's been one week since Scott Anderson helped me purchase my 2020 MB E450 cabriolet from Clearwater MB. I have never had such an incredibly flawless automobile buying experience. Scott literally took care of all the details and all I had to do was fly in from Greensboro, NC, sign a few remaining papers. He even personally arranged transportation from PIE! After signing, Denis the concierge, demonstrated all the changes from my 2016 E400. Needless to say there were many technical updates. The car had been expertly detailed and could have been passed off as a new model! I'm extremely pleased with Scott and the entire MB Clearwater experience. Could not have gone any smoother. More

This horrible service experience started with a noise coming from underneath the car. Brian told my wife it was brakes $2100. and proceeded to add front suspension parts $670 a new computer $6800. the l coming from underneath the car. So when I called Brian I asked him to replace the linkage $670 and deduct the $270 analysis fee and the bill should be approximately $400. He agreed but when my wife showed up he tried to charge her $1000 and didn't want to deduct the $270. After a lot of back and forth my wife left distraught and paid over $700. for what was promised to be $400 bill. Before she left he repeatedly warned her about how he wouldn't drive the car and we were putting other drivers at risk !! What an idiot. We drove that car for another 3 days before bringing it to a brake shop for a repair less than $1000 with oem mercedes parts. The mechanic said the car was in great shape and only needed new brakes and rotors. MB wanted $2100 for the same repair. When I attempted to get a refund the useless service manager Kim Cates just backed her boy Brian and refused to listen to reason and rejected everything that we said occurred...her response was to send us a recording of our conversation in a file which we couldn't open. Do not go here ...this is an unscrupulous repair facility who preys on people who may not understand every aspect of how a car works and attempt to scare them into overpriced repairs. More
