The vehicle was delivered to my home by flatbed. Within 3 miles of driving the car, the tire pressure light came on, and I had to find a gas station to inflate the tires. After visiting another MB dealership, I was told the combination of the white exterior paint with the Neva Gray interior was not available. There were lots of options with black interior, but to me, bla combination of the white exterior paint with the Neva Gray interior was not available. There were lots of options with black interior, but to me, black is not practical for Florida heat. Marc at the Clearwater dealership was amazing in making sure I would be a happy customer. He worked with me to get a custom order GLC 300 SUV placed with my preferred options and the best price with available discounts. I couldn’t be happier to have had great status communication, attention to detail, and being made to feel like the most special customer! Marc Sexton is the best! Brandon, the trainer, was exceptionally patient, as I had lots of questions about the programming and customization. I will definitely be back for refresher time with Brandon.
