My husband and I visited MB of Clearwater to purchase an automobile due to a car accident-not our fault. Naturally it was unexpected and we needed to make a decision quickly. Upon arrival of the dealership this past this Wednesday, Demetrios Mina, sales associate greeted us outside the entrance. We explained our situation to him and he reviewed our options. He was very patient and took his time to understand our needs. With taking all that into consideration he suggested a car that was perfect for a 5’1 and 6’1 couple, lol. We went for a test drive but we still weren’t sure because we wanted to wait for more information from the insurance company. Demetrios sensed we needed more time to make the decision. We told him we would be back over the weekend. On Saturday we came by the dealership and Demetrios cheerfully greeted us outside at the front entrance. We explained to him we still didn’t hear back from the insurance company but needed to consider a vehicle. We went to his office and reviewed a few options. Again Demetrios listened to our concerns and understood our objections. Just when we realized things were not going to work, Demetrios worked his magic with his sales director and we struck a deal. Demetrios fought for us and knew we were serious buyers. If it weren’t for Demetrios we were ready to go to the other MB dealership. He is a true asset to MB and I highly recommend him. We will contact him when my husband is ready to buy his next car. More

This dealership is absolutely HORRIBLE! They Lie, are completely unethical, immoral and are the poster child for why people in general HATE car dealers! So it starts out like this. I contact the deal completely unethical, immoral and are the poster child for why people in general HATE car dealers! So it starts out like this. I contact the dealership on a Friday night just before they are getting ready to close and tell them I saw a car on their website and I am very interested in it. I am told by a Joe Reviere (AKA Snake) that they are closing up for the night but he would contact me the next day. I specifically told me, OK, but can you please put a HOLD on the vehicle for me as I am VERY interested in it and that we could talk numbers in the morning and he said YES. I again very specifically asked him (and this is all in writing via texts) that the vehicle would have a HOLD on it, correct? And he stated YES, that is correct. So, the next day comes and he sends over numbers to me including trade in value on my car. I thank him for the quote and ask how they came up with the number for my car as it is 7K less then 2 other dealers have quoted me, he says that is what it is worth in his market. I let him know that it was a FL based dealer that gave me one of the quotes and could he please speak with the manager who quoted this and see if he would be willing to meet in the middle (even though it would still be less, I was willing to work with them on it) and he said YES, he would go back and see. Shortly thereafter I get a text asking if I could send some pictures of my vehicle over to them and I said Sure, I'll send them in just a minute. Now during all this time the VEHICLE is suppose to have a HOLD on it, as the "Lying Snake" Joe Reviere had previously told me he PUT a hold on the vehicle. I send over the pictures and get an almost immediately response Thanks for the Pictures but we just sold the vehicle to someone else! What?? How? I have a hold on the vehicle, I am negotiating with you in good faith, I took the time to send the pictures you requested and yet you sell the vehicle without even giving me the right of first refusal, as we were right in the middle of talking and again I WAS TOLD YOU PUT A HOLD ON MY THE VEHICLE FOR ME (CLEARLY xx!). What an unethical, underhanded thing to do! My advice to ANYONE even thinking about purchasing from this dealership, DON'T! Avoid this dealership at all cost, there are many more Mercedes Dealerships out there and as someone who has purchased at least 30 or more cars I can tell you this dealership is THE WORSE of THE WORSE! I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership then this place, especially when purchase a vehicle that exceeded $120K! Buyer Beware! I strongly believe that any positive reports you see on this dealerships are most likely just SHILLS! A dealership this bad, that treats customers this poorly almost certainly does it to EVERYONE, don't fall their nonsense, go elsewhere and save yourself time, money and frustration! More
