I worked with him when I purchased my 2012 C250 back in 2015 and he was so great to work with during this leasing process with the new vehicle. It was a low-pressure experience packed with incredible customer service. When I came to Mercedes to pick up my new car, I was treated like a princess. They even set me up with Brandon Halter, who spend almost 2 hours with me showing me all the features of the car and how to use them. He even said that I can come back anytime for a refresher course! It was an all-around incredible experience. I've also been servicing my cars at this dealership for almost 6 years now.
