Management treats customers POORLY, dismisses loyalty. After purchasing 2 Mercedes over the past 5 years and spending over $100,000 at Clearwater Mercedes, i ran into trouble. My 2011 GL450 with just 40, After purchasing 2 Mercedes over the past 5 years and spending over $100,000 at Clearwater Mercedes, i ran into trouble. My 2011 GL450 with just 40,000 miles (which is upside down $10k) has an air suspension issue when my female partner and our 2 kids were at the library--she didn't want to drive it. I called to see if they had a loaner, which they did. However, with the towtruck guy running late, the 20 month and 4 month old crying, and i'm on crutches, management would not provide me a loaner with out the car being there despite my years of history (evidently, others rec'd loaner cars then towed car elsewhere--now I was paying the price!). The good service people called management--NO was the answer. after 45 min, I left with kids in my Tesla and decided to take me and the car elsewhere. DON'T BUY OR BRING YOUR CAR at LOKEY MERCEDES Clearwater, a place where management has such a strangle hold on employees that good people cant make reasoned decisions. Dr. James Lani. For the first time I bought a newer car from my uncle D (Deranty Cohen) at Lokey Motor Co. I upgraded form my 2002 Lexus ES300 to a 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA250. Phenomenal Customer Service! I originally started talking with Tampa dealership and was planning on buying from them, but as I moved forward they were were getting rude and poor c I originally started talking with Tampa dealership and was planning on buying from them, but as I moved forward they were were getting rude and poor customer service. Russel happened to call me from previous service and asked for the opportunity to earn my business - and boy did he! Right out of the gate was very attentive, working hard to handle all my considerations; and was very competitive to Tampa's "best price". I opted for a custom order. And when I voiced my disappointment that the build was delayed, Russel immediately jumped on finding alternative solutions. He found one I lived in Miami and had it brought up in less than 2 days. Doing the paperwork and picking up the car, I have never such a pleasurable experience. Every person I worked with was extremely professional, courteous, and never any pressure sales tactics. I recommend anyone to visit this dealership to see what real customer service is all about. More
