Sandy made it clear that she would work with us to get us the car that we wanted. After three years of driving our first Mercedes we knew that we liked both the brand and the dealership. We also knew more about the MB models and we were able to tell Sandy what we thought we would really enjoy driving. She is very knowledgeable about these vehicles, and quickly guided us into a car that we absolutely love. My wife and I have owned quite a few cars and have dealt with salespeople and dealerships all over the country. This recent experience ranks at the top of the list. To put it simply, we feel that Sandy saw her job as getting us into the vehicle that most closely matched our needs and wishes. We're happy to send our friends to see her. More

Sandy Ammerman is a true GEM! Lokey is lucky to have her! Smooth and painless! Sandy Ammerman is by far the most professional saleswoman I have ever dealt with when purchasing a new vehicle. She was extremely patient and listened to my needs. She is very knowledgable and knows the product very well. Not only that, but her warm and caring personality was comforting to me when I was making this large purchase. She worked to ensure I was thoroughly taken care of from the second I chose a car, to the detailing, to financing, and then after the sale was signed she drove my former car to the covered service drive (when it was a lightning storm outside) and helped me move my belongings to the new mercedes. Her no-pressure attitude and going above and beyond service is what made me buy the vehicle. I will only purchase from Sandy Ammerman at Lokey mercedes and will refer my friends/family/clients to her as well, because I know they will be cared for just like I was, she makes you feel like family! Ask for Joe!! I chose to work with Joe Reviere because my parents purchased a car from him 6 months ago. Sure glad I did. I went in not quite knowing what I wanted but Joe spent a lot of time with me and helped me purchase the perfect suv. The best part about Joe was that he did not have the exact car I wanted and Joe tirelessly searched until he found one and brought it to me. He did not just try to talk me into one on the lot. Refreshing to say the least! I have to give a big shout out to Logan as well he also made my experience fantastic, and even came to my house the next day to get me all set up and follow up. More
