1st Time New Car Dealership Buyer In the past I have always bought used cars and paid cash. I have never bought anything less than 10 or more years old, but not this year. For the first time I bought a newer car from my uncle D (Deranty Cohen) at Lokey Motor Co. I upgraded form my 2002 Lexus ES300 to a 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA250. The experience couldn’t have been any better than I wanted it to be. My Uncle’s negotiating skills, knowledge and ability to separate family ties to do business was impeccable. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The loan process was painless and my uncle and his manager were able to shop around and get me the best rate. Deranty pays close attention to detail asking questions about lifestyle, needs, and wants. His compassion to helping me find the right car that fit in my budget made me feel at ease. My first new car experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. I never thought in a million years that I would ever buy a newer car, but with the help of my Uncle and his manager it was possible. Phenomenal Customer Service! I originally started talking with Tampa dealership and was planning on buying from them, but as I moved forward they were were getting rude and poor c I originally started talking with Tampa dealership and was planning on buying from them, but as I moved forward they were were getting rude and poor customer service. Russel happened to call me from previous service and asked for the opportunity to earn my business - and boy did he! Right out of the gate was very attentive, working hard to handle all my considerations; and was very competitive to Tampa's "best price". I opted for a custom order. And when I voiced my disappointment that the build was delayed, Russel immediately jumped on finding alternative solutions. He found one I lived in Miami and had it brought up in less than 2 days. Doing the paperwork and picking up the car, I have never such a pleasurable experience. Every person I worked with was extremely professional, courteous, and never any pressure sales tactics. I recommend anyone to visit this dealership to see what real customer service is all about. More
