The only halfway decent employee there is Jeff Lyall. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Protection Agency of Florida as well as the BBB. Allen was great with scheduling and communication regarding what was needed for my vehicles. I was a little disappointed that the service technician recommended a very expense transmission service a regarding what was needed for my vehicles. I was a little disappointed that the service technician recommended a very expense transmission service at 16,000 miles but he missed the warning light for washer fluid. I would have paid for the washer fluid, but I didn't feel the transmission service was needed. They were good to point out that my prepaid service would expire before my lease expired so I needed to schedule the maintenance earlier than needed. More
