So, I did as the above told me to do, from the dealer, and the number listed above did not get me to the GM. Tried various options, eventually went back to sales and I spoke to Anne, a Sales Manager. Anne was great and while on the phone with her she spoke to Joe about my issue (failure to get me the car manual as he said he would). Last week he told me the ordered manual was in he would get it and FedEx it to me on Friday, he never picked it up, never communicated to me an additional delay, and did not reply to three messages I left him. This could prove to be a happy ending, but Joe was a nightmare for me, telling me things he would do but did not, compounding it by not returning messages from me. Horrible sales experience, horrible communication skills. Anne on the other hand was great in my conversation with her and has done discussed follow-up. I now hope and believe the car manual I was told I would get will happen because of Anne, despite Joe’s inept involvement. Joe asked for referrals, that will not happen, if I refer anyone to you all at MB of CC it will be Anne. 🤞that my issue will soon be resolved thanks to Anne Lopatin. I will never contact Joe again to buy a car, nor send him referrals.
