I'M WRITING THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW OUT OF COMPLETE AND UTTER FRUSTRATION....MBUSA HELP !! My 2015 Mercedes sprinter van has been in Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek for the past 5 weeks. It has taken UTTER FRUSTRATION....MBUSA HELP !! My 2015 Mercedes sprinter van has been in Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek for the past 5 weeks. It has taken days and weeks at a time for Mercedes USA corporate to respond to the service department locally and when they do finally send a part it's incorrect or "unprogrammable." MB COCONUT CREEK CONTINUES TO PASS THE BUCK AND CLAIM THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE SITUATION FOR 5 WEEKS NOW !! There is a simple solution - escalate this issue to whatever level necessary to get this problem solved. The level of professionalism and urgency I've been shown has been very disappointing. My 2015 Mercedes sprinter van has been in Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek for the past 5 weeks. This most recent repair is absolutely unacceptable and incomprehensible that it hasn't been fixed in 5 weeks !! I have lost 5 weeks of sales and most importantly personal and business income. This has been a hardship for my family too. I imagine if the paychecks of the Mercedes Benz service personnel related to my vehicle being repaired, it would've been fixed three weeks ago. I'M AT THE END OF MY ROPE and am reaching out to get someone's attention at Mercedes Benz. I would gladly update my review should they actually make an organized, concerted effort to fix my vehicle.
