They arranged with tow truck to pickup my vehicle for a 11:30 AM recall inspection but gave tow truck the incorrect address. Unable to find the address tow truck cancelled the pickup and didn’t advise me a 11:30 AM recall inspection but gave tow truck the incorrect address. Unable to find the address tow truck cancelled the pickup and didn’t advise me although they had my phone number. Ended up driving the vehicle to dealer and spent half a day at the dealership for the brake inspection. The recall inspection advised that the vehicle should not be driven. No one apologized and the service representative was as cold as ice. I have lingering a very bad taste in my mouth. More

Kevin went above and beyond in his assistance in helping to remedy the issues that we had less than 4 10 stars I would. He is deserving of every one.
