Overall, my experience at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Coconut Creek was excellent. When I entered the showroom, I was greeted by Marty Barnel with a friendly smile asking if he could be of help. One thing after another led me to purchase a new E350 Coupe that day. Marty spent a long period of time with me patiently explaining the mechanics and features of my new car. He was extremely knowledgable about Mercedes products, etc. This was especially important to me since this is my first Mercedes and I was not familiar with all the new "bells and whistles" this car has to offer. One of the most appreciated attributes that Marty and the rest of the staff I met that day, was that they were not pushy to make a sale and they executed professionalism at all times.
