Needed service A on my Sprinter motorhome. The service was completed without issue. Needed new wiper blades but $140 just seems high when I can get a pair of beam/blade ones for $20. I get that someone else is installing them but $120 for installation seems ridiculous. Also, on the way home my DEF light went off. Given the cost of the Service A one would think this would be checked and topped off. Unfortunately they are the closest with the ability to provide service on a Sprinter van. More
My check engine light went off so I drove straight to the dealership before it disappeared (this had happened in the past, so they weren’t able to find the problem). A quick diagnosis test was done while I waited which showed a possible problem. Since the car was driveable, I made an appointment for 2 weeks later, when I could get a loaner car. Joseph LoGiudice, my service representative, was great! He kept me updated on everything, and got me back into my car as soon as he was sure everything was done properly. Rayne Morris was also a big help in getting my appointments set, and scheduling a loaner car for me. Everyone at MB of Covington that I worked with was very professional, courteous, and kind. More
We were greeted by our salesman, Seth Bertus who was very attentive to our needs. We ordered our GLS580 and Seth made sure our experience was exceptional. I received exceptional service on my GLC 300. My service advisor, Sherry was fantastic. I had transmission and battery service done. My overall experience with Mercedes Benz of Covington was by far one of the best car buying experience's I’ve had. Levy Donelson, my Sales Representative, was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured by Levy in the process at all. Oscar, one of the Managers, was equally impressive. His assistant with pricing my car helped to seal the deal. My experience with Brandy Walker in finance was one of the best experiences I’ve had. She checked every avenue to ensure that I got the best interest rate possible. If I could give ZERO stars, I would! !!! We purchased a new Mercedes from Mercedes Covington the Summer of 2025. We were sold the maintenance contract and paid cash for it. After being !!! We purchased a new Mercedes from Mercedes Covington the Summer of 2025. We were sold the maintenance contract and paid cash for it. After being told inaccurate information regarding the contract, we elected to cancel it the next day. We were promised a full refund, which was over 2,800.00. After at least 15 phone calls, emails and visits to the location, it took almost 9 weeks to get a refund and we still DID NOT get the full amount back. We are still owed money for the taxes we paid on this product. Had all the information been presented to us correctly, we would not have purchased it in the first place. The dealership admitted giving us the incorrect information. I wasted countless hours with documentation on visits and conversations. I also phoned the sales manager, which did not call me back and passed us off to our sales representative, even though the maintenance contract did not even involve him. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with the service we received. Even though our sales representative Levi was professional and helpful, the other people representing this dealership were not. We should have been given the courtesy of a phone call from the sales manager, which we originally called for. We will not go to this dealership for another car or service on our vehicle, I will drive to Metairie or Baton Rough. More
