Read my previous review. This time I only was there to pick a part - a tow hook cover. Better experience than last time as a mechanic was standing by and offered to install i This time I only was there to pick a part - a tow hook cover. Better experience than last time as a mechanic was standing by and offered to install it. There is an anchor attachment so if it comes off again it won’t be lost. Install a little tricky because of that. Nice gesture. Doesn’t make up for the disappointment of the first visit and the fact I had to call to find out if the part had come in instead of being notified. More

Disappointed . The following happened : Saturday morning and battery wasn't enough to start engine . Started car with a " jump " from neighbor's car . Traveled d The following happened : Saturday morning and battery wasn't enough to start engine . Started car with a " jump " from neighbor's car . Traveled directly to your dealership and had new battery installed , $ 500.+,,,more than I anticipated but service and time was very prompt . Brought the receipt home and placed it in my Mercedes folder with all other information . In the folder was a recent offer of 25% discount for repairs over $ 400. before an expiration date . I was within that date and well over the amount .Next day brought the offer to service dept. and they showed the part of offer that it was only valid if offer was brought at the same time as the service . Well any appeal I made was not going to make a difference . After thinking about the event : I am now in the part of my career that I can afford the amount but After reaching the financial ability to purchase a Mercedes the event that is described was not consistent with my previous transactions . I can only speculate as to why , Thus very Disappointing ! Thank you for this opportunity . Ron Hebert More
