Service center had my car for 9 days and did nothing. they did tell me they were experience a back log. My 2016 SUV had an on/off message about tire pressure monitoring since Sept. After the 4th attempt to find the cause, I was told that the service dept. could not duplicate the message. A total of about 6 weeks at the dealership (Sept. to Jan.) encompassing the above months was spent. That being said, the communication as to what was going on was about nil.
