Although I had driven my new car less than 4000 miles, it was giving messages that service was needed. I made an appointment for service, and was given a time and date almost four weeks into the future. I br was giving messages that service was needed. I made an appointment for service, and was given a time and date almost four weeks into the future. I brought my car to the dealership at the designated time and date. Nevertheless, M-B DID NOT RETURN MY CAR TO ME UNTIL THE FOURTH DAY. My service advisor, Rebecca, rather than being sympathetic or apologetic, blamed me for making a consultation rather than a service appt (not true). In addition, I WAS CHARGED $262 dollars for the oil change. Ridiculous overcharge.. More
