Very unhappy with price for service and diagnostic. Dealership is great except for one problem I have. I have owned my car for 2 years and in all the times I have brought my car in for servicing for any reasons, I am not offered loaner or when I ask for a lo owned my car for 2 years and in all the times I have brought my car in for servicing for any reasons, I am not offered loaner or when I ask for a loaner, I am told they have none. I am almost positive that I have seen available cars. My apologies if I am wrong, but it is that in the 2 years to get a loaner only 2 times is not good. The last time they had my car was to repair my rims and do some touch up painting. It was going to be kept over night and I would be called whenever they were done. I had my brother’s funeral the next day and mentioned that I would like a loaner because my husband and I needed separate transportation. Again, I was told they had no loaners. They had my car the two full days and the loaner would have made things much easier in a difficult time. Other than the loaner car issues, I have no complaints to give you. I love the dealership, and I love the person I deal with when I call or go there. His name is Ryan Caffarel. More

My problem was hugely complex and needed help from Mercedes engineering but they stuck with it until they got it completely resolved. It was an absolute pleasure working with Patrick Breen. Super nice guy. The best car buying experience I’ve had. I did not ever feel pressured.
