Well I can start off with the first phone call. I was transferred to Mr. John Morgan, that conversation was so professional and was personable. Mr. Jerry Eberts called me and I took the same thing away from this man. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE, A PROFESSIONAL AT HIS JOB. VERY NALIBLE OF MERCEDES-BENZ. Took as much time as needed making sure that all questions was answered, showing me thangs in and outside of the car that I thing a lot of people would have just thought.......... well they can just read the owners manual.
