So first, I should tell you that I am all about the customer experience. If I don’t have a good experience, it will ruin my perception of the car. I found my perfect vehicle on a car lot over 400 m customer experience. If I don’t have a good experience, it will ruin my perception of the car. I found my perfect vehicle on a car lot over 400 miles away in the state of Louisiana on CarGurus. And I must tell you, I am so glad I jumped on that plane to Louisiana because it was the most pleasurable car experience I have ever had! My new-to-me VW turbo diesel Beetle convertible was not a high-end Mercedes-Benz. But you would have never known the difference with the amount of care and small details Michael, John, and the team put into their work. It was quite impressive. I am thankful for it all! More
