My experience was OUTSTANDING!!! I arrived at the dealership service area on Saturday May 4,2019 at 3:45pm (15 minutes). My windshield wiper blade on the driver side had been broke I arrived at the dealership service area on Saturday May 4,2019 at 3:45pm (15 minutes). My windshield wiper blade on the driver side had been broken off at the place where I got my car wash. I was in a panic mode because my wife and I had to drive to West Palm Beach that night ,with the possibility of having one wiper blade. Mr Herbert Kanski,Assistant Service Manager "saved the day" by getting my wiper blades installed in 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it!!! He was very understanding and helpful. Clinton Gulley More
