Mr. Appleton is as good as it gets with management and leadership styles. Herbert is top of the line Service Advisor. I am not willing to trade them for anything in the world. I like the facts that Mr. Appleton displays humility by making himself available to speak with customers. Herbert treats you as if you are the only person present and important to him.
