Mr. Appleton is as good as it gets with management and I am a faithful loyal customer of David Appleton and Herbert Kanzki in the Service Department. Mr. Appleton is as good as it gets with management and leadership styles. Herbert is top of the line Service Advisor. I am not willing to trade them for anything in the world. I like the facts that Mr. Appleton displays humility by making himself available to speak with customers. Herbert treats you as if you are the only person present and important to him. He explains things in a way that you can understand, he keeps you updated, and the best ever person who provides a loaner. I truly enjoy the service. Please don't misunderstand me, he was by no means rude or unpleasant. I just felt like I didn't understand why it was so much a routine maintenance was $1600. There really wasn't anything wrong with my car I just took it as a precaution. They offered to change the wipers for $178.00 plus tax That's crazy!!! after I was quoted that amount I was sent a text telling me I could get other things fixed as well totally almost $2000 more!!! OMG I feel like I should have my car commended there is so much wrong with it!!!??? or is it just another way of squeezing more money out of the costumer? Shame on you Mercedes Benz. I love the car This is my 4th but I don't like the way I was squeezed. More
