Service representative was not helpful to solve my request. I brought my car to service department for an upholstery service under the Dupont policy. My car had a stain in the back seat that was reported and documented in May, 2018 at the Mercedes Benz in Salem, Oregon on a timely manner to be covered under the policy. At MB Cutler Bay, the service rep - Mr Laplanche insisted that I should make the claim directly to Dupont, and acted as if he was not willing to provide me with the service needed. However, my car car and Dupont were sold to me at MB Cutler BAy, and if any service on the upholstery needed were going to be provided by MB. Finally, my car was serviced under Dupont policy, but the seat was damaged, and I am still waiting for my car to be fixed. This was not a MB quality service experience. I doubt to come back to MB Cutler Bay ever. More

So if the washer fluid is empty did they check or actually do any service to my car? Very disappointing. And unfortunately this has not been the only time a few things have not been done or i was told i needed more than i actually did. :( More
