VIP Customer Service My service experience was nothing short of excellent. I arrived early to my service appointment and it was not a problem. They were able to accommod My service experience was nothing short of excellent. I arrived early to my service appointment and it was not a problem. They were able to accommodate me right away, the paperwork was expedited and made easy for me to get in and out quickly. They even took care of the loaner/rental processing and paperwork right at the service advisors desk to make the process seamless and efficient. As I walked back out to the service drive area, the loaner (a MB as well) was ready and waiting for me... turned on with the AC running! We did a quick walk-through of the vehicle and I was on my way. The whole process took under :30. Great experience. (Service appointment was for routine service interval check). More
